Celebrate the best of December with free live musical performances, a tree and menorah lighting, holiday crafts, a tree tour, selfies with Santa (donations welcome), and sales at the QBG Shop! Enjoy a selection of beverages at the Holiday Bar for purchase.

Dress for the weather! This event is mainly outdoors on the covered Terrace at the Visitor & Administration Building, Wedding Garden Plaza, Oak Allee, and Entrance Plaza.

FREE. $10 parking rate in effect.

HEALTH & SAFETY

  • To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and for the health and safety of all visitors, follow our current health & safety guidelines, found on our website: https://queensbotanical.org/know-before-you-go
  • Outdoors, vaccinated visitors and staff are not required to wear masks, regardless of distancing. Individuals may choose to still wear masks. Unvaccinated visitors are required to wear masks.
  • Indoors, individuals 12 and older are required to show proof of at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine authorized by the FDA or WHO. Showing proof of vaccination and photo ID is required to enter buildings onsite. We accept the CDC Vaccination Card, the Excelsior Pass, and the NYC COVID Safe App (Android | iOS). Indoors, masks must be worn in shared spaces such as Gift Shop, classrooms, restrooms, etc, unless eating in designated areas.
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers are available at multiple stations throughout the Garden.
  • High-touch surfaces are disinfected throughout the day.
