Corporate Volunteer Day
2.5-hour volunteer event for up to 20 guests; includes team building gardening activity, additional admission passes, free parking for up to 20 cars, and a Garden tour.
Contributions are tax-deductible less the value of goods received, in accordance with NY state law.
Corporate Field Day
3 to 4-hour event for up to 100 guests; includes set-up, sound system, games, scavenger hunt, hydration station, additional admission passes, and free parking for up to 30 cars.
Garden Mocktail Party
2.5-hour event for 25-100 guests; includes set-up, lite fare, additional admission passes, and free parking for up to 30 cars.
Corporate Family Movie Night
3-4 hour event for up to 400 guests; includes popcorn, digital sound system, store coupons, and free parking.

We offer a state-of-the-art Visitor & Administration Building, LEED® Platinum-certified by the U.S. Green Building Council, the highest national standard for sustainability. QBG features four meeting rooms and 39 acres of lush landscape and specialty gardens for break-out sessions and team-building activities:
- Auditorium, seats 100 theater style, 80 banquet style
- Meeting Room, seats up to 50
- Conference Room, seats up to 14
- Executive Conference Room, seats up to 6
Available year-round, these rooms are host to professional association seminars, environmental education workshops, corporate and community board meetings, and company offsites.

Native plants are growing around the V+A Terrace, which provide places for wildlife to rest. They also help absorb rainfall and prevent flooding.
To make the wall, wet concrete was poured between boards made of native eastern hemlock. No trees were killed to make this wall!
The canopy pictured here captures rainwater and guides it towards the lowest point. During a storm a waterfall forms at this point as the water is collected below by the Biotope.
Much of the steel used in this building is recycled. Including the columns inside and outside.
The western red cedar siding on the building’s exterior walls is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC).
