Family Cooking Class: Freezer Soups

Theme for January 21: Freezer Soups
We will make 2 or 3 veggie-based soups that are great for dinner, with leftovers for lunch, and also make 1-3 quarts (depending on class size) to freeze for quick meals when you need them. We’ll also make hands-off, low-sodium vegetable stock from our scraps during class!
