Join AshEL SeaSunZ for a three-hour Soul Somatic Sound Journey exploring the body as an instrument, portal, and living cosmos. Through meditation, movement, breathwork, live music, voice activation, and contemplative practices, participants are invited to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with themselves, one another, and the living world. No previous experience is necessary.

The experience includes Galactic Language Activation & Soul Song, a vocal and energetic practice passed down from Tian Gong Grand Master Li-Tian. AshEL also offers a channeled Soul Song attuned to each participant. Participants may experience deep relaxation, energetic release, expanded awareness, and heightened intuition.

AshEL SeaSunZ Eldridge is a PhD candidate in Performance Studies at UC Berkeley and has worked internationally for more than 20 years as a musician, healer, educator, and community leader.
