As Duanwu/Dragon Boat Festival draws near, join forager and food writer Zoe Yang and artist and educator Hui-Yi Chen for a knowledge-sharing tour exploring edible plants that can be found on our doorsteps. Zoe and Hui-Yi will delve into the ethnobotany of Zongzi, a Duanwu food tradition from China, and lead a Zongzi wrapping and cooking demonstration using locally foraged ingredients.
