QBG's Membership Program has gone digital!
Membership cards can now be accessed digitally, via smartphone.
Easily access your member benefits.
Downloading your digital membership card(s) not only gives you quick and easy access to your member benefits, but it provides quick links to our website, renewal reminders, and helpful contact information.
Digital membership cards can be downloaded through the eMembership Card app – available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Visit the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store to download the eMembership Card app.
2. In the eMembership Card app, click on the magnifying glass icon and search for Queens Botanical Garden. Click on the Queens Botanical Garden logo once it appears below.
3. Click “Find My Membership Cards” and enter your information.
4. Verify your membership information and click “Download My Cards” to have them available to you on the app.
5. If you would like to download your membership card(s) to your wallet, click “Add To Wallet” to add to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Please note – all members will still receive physical guest and parking passes.
We understand that not all members prefer a digital membership card. Please notify us if you would like to continue receiving physical membership cards. For assistance in downloading your membership card or to notify us about continuing to receive physical membership card(s), please email [email protected].
