Join AshEL SeaSunZ for a three-hour Soul Somatic Sound Journey exploring the body as an instrument, portal, and living cosmos. Through meditation, movement, breathwork, live music, voice activation, and contemplative practices, participants are invited to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with themselves, one another, and the living world.
