Join Queens Botanical Garden as a vendor to celebrate the arrival of autumn at our Harvest Fest & Pumpkin Patch celebration on Sunday, October 14, 2012 from 11am to 6pm.
A public event serving between 5,000-7,000 visitors with fun, family-friendly activities, the day includes QBG’s signature Pumpkin Patch, food and craft vendors, workshop activities, compost demos, bird/nature walk, a beer tent, and live music.
We encourage the participation of local food/craft vendors along with community organizations, and can accomodate 30-50 vendors tabling their wares at the event. Vendors are handpicked by QBG staff, Board Members and specialists in the field.
QBG offers booth space for a nominal fee from $50-100 for a 10’ x10’ space. We welcome cross-marketing efforts by our vendors to make the event an even bigger success.
