Celebrate early spring at the Garden!  We have a fun-filled month with events for the whole family!

Indoor Gardening Workshop: Start your Summer Veggies Indoors
Sunday, March 8, 1:30 to 2:30pm

Grow your green thumb at QBG! Join Fred Gerber, Director of Education Emeritus for an adult workshop on starting your summer vegetables indoors. This program is an introductory workshop that should have something of interest for both the novice and experienced gardener.

Get a taste of the Children's Garden program as we plant seeds while learning about gardening and the environment. Plus, have a chance to register early for the Spring Session which starts April 11!

Celebrate the vernal equinox - historical Earth Day - by joining us and other community groups for a day of volunteering and unity at QBG.  Individuals and groups are welcome to volunteer.

QBG Craft Table at The Shops at Skyview Center

Join us on Level B where we'll be making a fashionable bracelet using materials that come from plants!  Supplies are limited and times/location are subject to change.

Botanical Art-Making Workshop with Paul Lin
Saturday, March 28, 1 to 4pm
Fee: $15 (includes all supplies)

Join artist Paul Lin as he shares the time-honored tradition of pressed flower botanical art.  This hands-on workshop will introduce participants of all levels to the therapeutic technique of art making, exploration of natural materials, and the importance of composition and design.
